Set in a tranquil Katipunan village, our newly completed project is a refined take on transitional design, where 1970s heritage meets modern sophistication. Restored French doors open to a veranda framed by marble balustrades, while original paneling and intricate ceilings honor the past. A curated mix of wavy glass and brass tables, sculptural accents, and plush swivel chairs creates a dialogue between eras. In the foyer, sapphire marble, bold stone flooring, and subtle brass inlays add depth and quiet luxury. A palette of black, taupe, and beige unifies the home, striking a balance between classic elegance and contemporary edge.
